With our lease on a commercial building, we've inherited a nightmare HVAC scenario. A combination of an underpowered/antiquated units and ducts that look like they were commissioned by Sarah Winchester have created a pile of problems.
Damien has skipped up a ladder to our roof in the hottest and coldest of weather (he'll actually be up there within the hour... currently 32 degrees). Our unit is so old that parts are no longer available and Damien had actually enlisted the help of a machinist to fashion a part for it from a chunk of metal.
Maybe one day the powers that be will decide to replace the machine, but until then we enlist Superior to fight our battles whether it be Wasp nests, funny noises, or worst of all....silence.- Ryan D.
Last week our air conditioner went poof. Black smoke and freon everywhere....I feared the worst had come to pass. I called several people for estimates trying to look at all my options, and Damien from Superior Air Systems stood out among the rest. He noticed things that other 5 star rated HVAC companies didn't even see. He spent time with me explaining everything that had been done incorrectly and how he would fix them. He worked tirelessly getting me 3 different estimates to help me out since it would be an expensive job. He ended up replacing the AC unit, coils, furnace, ducts, and fixing many other things that hadn't been done up to code by the previous homeowners. He was also really patient with my cat who kept attacking the drop cloths that he put down and made sure he didn't get squished by any of his heavy equipment. I highly recommend him for all of your hvac needs.
